The building host shops on the ground, a bank on the first floor and the last floor is an apartment. It is Implanted near the city center (near bus stand, restaurant, and shops). We created a robust volume to develop an urban rhythm. There is parking space on the ground floor (behind the shops) for the bank and residence. The front façade is treated with the materials ACP, tiles, and glass to achieve a maintenance-free and modern design. The project was completed in April 2019 & the total project cost was approx. 60 Lakh.
