What’s Included in a house Plan Set?

House plans Package comes in a wide array of properties from an extremely wide range of sources. Many designers who offer stock plans for sale only sell designs; Your documents have to be completed by a local professional and do not include most of the basic information needed to build a home. We strongly recommend that you consult with your local building authority to verify what you will need to submit for your building permit before purchasing the plan. We pride ourselves on making our product stand out from the crowd: each set of home plans we offer will provide you with all the information you need to build your own home. Our house plans are detailed to meet the latest International Residential Code and include the gravity loading beams and Calcs specifications required for home designs. If you are considering buying a house plan from elsewhere, make sure they are providing what you need.

RS Design & Construction Home Plans come with all gravity calcs used in your home design, upon request (not all building departments require them, please ask if you would like to include them).
