RSDC House Plan Sets Include:
Front Elevations
In addition to the front exterior, your drawing set will also include pictures of the back and sides of your home. These pictures give notes on the exterior material and finish. Special attention is paid to cornice details, brick and stone accents, or other finish items that make your home unique.

Floor Plan(s)
Exterior and interior wall framing, and windows/doors dimensioned. Room sizes are indicated and any posts, structural bearing points, and beams are called out. Floor plans include an electrical legend and show electrical fittings, lights, and other outlets. The floor plan will also indicate the special framing details and any cross-section details that apply to the home packages prices. Cabinet upgrades for the kitchen and bathroom include. Some house design packages even have cabinet upgrades for the design-related built-ins.ilt-ins.
Roof Plan
Roof framing or truss directions occur, structural members equal to sized, and slope directions. All designated and called out if applicable. The gravity loads used to calculate the beams, posts, and also rafters indicated. We also show the gutters, downspouts, and any roof venting required for your home.
Building Sections
Building sections reflect changes in floor, ceiling, or ceiling height and the relationship from one level to another. Our section pages also show how stairs signify and calculated (if there are any!) and illustrate the roof and the foundation members. We try to create sections to show the most useful information – selecting locations where there are elements also where either your contractor may need clarification.

Plumbing drawing
We include all these in this diagram. Water Supply System Drawings, Drainage System Drawings, Irrigation System Drawings, Storm Water System Drawings. The water supply system drawing will also have hot water piping and cold water piping and hot water return piping. We incorporate these things as per the needs of our clients.
Electrical drawing
This drawing expressed in conjunction including all relevant to architectural structural and gradually to electrical drawings. In this, we can also put a hints box on the side. Which told you about many important things. And in this, we have included fans, light switches, lamps, wires, and much more.
This diagram indicates the location of light fixtures, switches, and outlets, indicating the intention and layout of the lighting design.
Foundation Plan
Any foundation information including foundation page dimensions, concrete walls, footings, pads, posts, beams, bearing walls, and also retaining wall information (schematic only). A specific wall section for the home also usually included on this page. (RSDC) (If not, it exists elsewhere within your plan set, as space allows). Notes and Details Page(s)

Beam Calcs Pack
RS Design & Construction Home Plans come with all gravity calcs used in your house and land packages. Moreover to upon request (not all building departments require them. Please ask if you would like to include them). You can rest assured that you have purchased a quality planning package that will be easy to build. To meet and all the requirements of your local building department. We usually calculate loads based on 25# snowloads, but there are many plans for higher snow loads. And even modifying the structure of the plan to comply with your local conditions. Our plans do not come with seismic, wind, and also other site-specific engineering calculations. We have engineers we work with to provide this to you at no additional cost, or you are free to source your engineer locally.
