Established in 2014, RS Design & Construction is active in many fields of architecture, project management & construction in its various scales, working in national contexts. In these years the office has been designing & constructing public & private buildings. The practice is based on an efficient organizational structure through the use of technical and operational excellence resources. It is divided into three main areas: Designing, Project Management & Construction. Architect Rohit Singh is the company director, he is fully responsible for Designing, Project Management & Construction activities of the company. The company director works closely with project managers who deal with the various contracts.

About CEO
Architect, Rohit Singh is the CEO and Founder of the RS Design and Construction. It was a dream to start a Consultancy service which provides quality design and building to people at affordable price. Born in Bhilai in the year 1991, he spent his childhood and gain knowledge in the city, therefore established the foundation of RS Design and Construction in Bhilai.
Education – He is graduated from Lovely professional university in 2014. After completing school from Bhilai with excellent marks, he got a 100% scholarship from a college in Jalandhar Punjab. Council of Architecture gave him the license to work as Architect in 2015, after obtaining a degree from college.
Early Work – After excelling in their studies, he gains experience in working at various Architectural Firms. He worked with Architect Sandeep and Neena Associates at Raipur during 2014-2015, Innowave Design at Raipur during 2015-2016 & Voyants Solution at Gurugram during 2016-2019. During these periods he worked on Residential, Commercial, hotels, Schools, Railway stations, Colleges, and Shopping mall projects. During the job, he traveled to various cities including Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Patiala, Gwalior, Ambala, etc. He also flew to Nairobi Kenny for the United Nation project during this period. Five years in Industry in the marvelous project gave to Knowledge to work individually and pay back to the city where he born.
RS Design & Construction – Foundation of RS Design and Construction was laid in 2014, after graduation from college, but the Experience & project was minimal during the initial phase. CEO was gaining experience by working with various companies and handling small projects simultaneously under the banner of RS Design and Construction. After gaining sufficient experience, the CEO resigned from the previous job & started working full-time for this Company in late 2019. During these year’s company has made a marvelous journey and excelled in Design & construction industry under his vision.
